Once your balance reaches the published minimum, you can request to convert FitPoints to cash from the FitPoints screen.
Before you submit, you are shown the exact breakdown:
- the gross amount (1 FitPoint = ₹1),
- any TDS required by law,
- transaction charges and any other disclosed deduction,
- the net amount payable to you.
Those figures are fixed when you submit, so a later change to the rates does not change your request.
The platform reviews the request. You can withdraw it while it is still pending. Points leave your balance when the payout completes.
