Discontinuing ends the coaching relationship. It also revokes their app access and clears their passcode, and frees the plan seat they were using immediately.
Reactivating them later does not restore app access — you set that up again.
You cannot discontinue a member who is on an active paid subscription. That is only possible during their free or coach-funded coverage.
