Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling

You can stop your club's subscription renewing at any time from the app. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling stops future charges. It is not, by itself, a request for a refund.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because access is available from the moment of payment.

We will consider a refund where:

• you were charged twice for the same period;
• a payment was taken after you cancelled;
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a

significant part of the period, and we could not resolve it;

• the law requires one.

3. Partial periods

We do not refund the unused part of a period when you downgrade or stop using the Service. Where a mid-cycle downgrade credit applies, it is issued as FitPoints rather than cash — see the Subscription Policy.

4. Failed and pending payments

If money left your account but your subscription did not activate, contact support with the payment reference. If a payment is still pending it will either complete or be released by your bank; we do not hold funds for a payment we did not capture.

5. How to request a refund

Contact support with your registered mobile number, the invoice number or payment reference, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines how long it takes to appear, typically 5–10 working days.

6. FitPoints

FitPoints are a loyalty benefit and have no cash value except through the encashment process described in the FitPoints & Rewards Terms. Points spent on a membership are not refunded if you later cancel.
